To support the sleek, modern aesthetic of this 19-story high-rise building, the Oregon division of Dynalectric Company (Dynalectric Oregon) designed and installed state-of-the-art electrical systems that helped the building achieve LEED Silver certification. The project was completed on time and under budget, and the hotelier opened as scheduled to positive reviews from guests and the community.
Client Objectives
Broadway Tower is a multi-use 19-story high-rise occupying half a block in Portland’s business district. The client contracted us to provide a full suite of electrical solutions in the new building, including electrical vehicle charging stations.
Solutions
We design-built and installed fully-engineered electrical solutions that we modeled and coordinated with other trade partners using the latest REVIT software. Our solutions included electrical vehicle charging stations and specialty lighting.
