The Oregon division of Dynalectric Company (Dynalectric Oregon) recognizes that safety is essential to providing quality work.
That’s why we have worked to build a company-wide safety culture based on continuous improvement and ongoing education of safe work practices.
Safety Is Integral to All We Do
Our supervisors are empowered to engage in the development of our safety practices, policies, and solutions. We provide in-depth safety training for all our field supervisors, and our safety department serves as a constant resource for them.
Since 2017, Dynalectric Oregon has worked more than 3.8 million labor hours with zero lost time injuries, and we’re steadily progressing toward our goal of one million labor hours with zero injuries. Far beyond simply “complying with the rules,” we make safety one of our highest priorities, to protect everyone involved in our projects and our customers’ facilities.
